A nifty use of the Wi-Fire that doesn’t get enough attention is on boats and yachts.  But you wouldn’t believe the great stories we receive, not just from boaters who connect in the marina but from offshore as well.

Here’s a good one we wanted to share with you.

“First of all, I am an older person, who is a neophyte when it comes to computers.  I spend a lot of time on our boat where WiFi signals are very weak (if at all)!  It seems that marinas put the boaters so far away from the antennae and then advertise that they have free WiFi. Well, I want you to know that your product is unbelievably great.  I am using it right now even though my windows VISTA WiFi locater said that there were no networks available.  When I plugged in your Wi-Fire, there were many available and I am now connected.  I am one happy camper!!!  And, for all those who are somewhat computer illiterate, it was very easy to install on my laptop.  If I can do it, so can you!!  You really have a great product.
