We get great comments about the Wi-Fire and about Customer Service and once in a while, we like to share them.

Does your family always borrow your favorite stuff? “First Wi-Fire arrived this afternoon. Seemed to work very well. Now my cousin wants it for a trip next week, so I just ordered another one! Please ship ASAP.” And less than a week later from this family of Mac users: “Both of those two are headed for Aruba. My cousin grabbed the first one; he packed the second one for a friend in a timeshare who has poor reception. They didn’t stay in my grasp very long, so I just ordered a third Wi-Fire. Hopefully I’ll get to use it – for a while!”

No matter where the Wi-Fire starts, it winds up all over the world because Wi-Fire owners know they can count on them.  “I took the newer version of the Wi-Fire with me to both New Zealand and the Dominican Republic along with my Toshiba Netbook and it performed great. U guys are great and thanks for the outstanding support.”

The best response in 30 years, Wow! “How fantastic to receive such a quick, very clear, informative and VErY helpful response exactly dealing with my layman enquiry. SO kind. THANKYOU. I will buy because of this, the best response in 30 yrs of internet use (yes 30) thanks.”

Can we really match Apple in Service?  We try!  “thanx…problem solved…my frustration was magnified by being on the phone to (Manufacturer name deleted) yesterday for over 4 hours ….disconnected 4 times…i suspect purposely… (Other Manufacturer) looses a  customer…the best response is Apple and yourself!!!  From another happy Mac and Wi-Fire user excited with our new software for Macs.

When you can’t get the Competitor, call hField for help, they’ll give it to you!  “When I took out the old adapter it was from your competitor…(Name Deleted)…which works OK (not great but OK) with the ibook. So since you took the time to answer and (not call me a complete idiot – which in this case I have been), I will order one of your products to try out on my new MacBook….please advise ordering instructions for an old guy who was totally confused.” Ordered right away and another enthused Wi-Fire with Mac user.

So, before we put you to sleep, we’ll stop there, but you can get a sense of why Wi-Fire users are so loyal and why they treasure their Wi-Fires and buy more for their family’s use.
