Norway: Land of the Wi-Fire!
It’s a little known piece of trivia – and one of little value to anyone but us – that one of the very first Customers for the Wi-Fire when it was launched to great acclaim in September 2006 was … you guessed it … from Norway!
Our headquarters is in Bethlehem PA USA and one of the first online sales on the first day of the Wi-Fire’s launch was … from Norway!
And from that time, Norwegians have continued to be steady Wi-Fire Customers.
Now, travel – both for business and pleasure – is a prime use of the Wi-Fire. Many thousands more Wi-Fire’s are on the road each day than sitting at home or the office. They come in handy, some say they’re vital, to getting connected when your on the road. Just look at the outstanding reviews!
So, it’s not coincidental that we follow travel sites and blogs and that sooner or later they would also lead to Norway.
Of everywhere I’ve been around the world, in Norway, I’ve only ever been to Oslo – that’s missing a lot of what is an outstandingly beautiful country.
Recently, thru Twitter, I was introduced to Trondheim.
Trondheim, I’ve come to find, also has public WiFi deployed in the city center. I came to this from a fellow tweeter from Trondheim who publishes a Trondheim Travel Site. Here is also another very good site on Trondheim we can suggest to you.
And so, as a valued piece of our history as a Company, and as an interesting piece for all our traveling readers, we wanted to post something on Norway, via Trondheim.
Remember, the Wi-Fire is the Long Range WiFi Adapter of choice worldwide. Value, performance and a great gift idea in one package!
